PROGRAM COST (prices are in U.S. dollars)
- PRICE: U.S. $1400.00 - two-weeks (all-inclusive)
- PRICE: U.S. $ 500.00 - any additional week (all-inclusive)
THE PRICE INCLUDES (two-weeks program)
- N.E.P. pre-departure orientation and services
- Airport reception and departure
- Housing: host families in Granada with 3 meals daily & laundry
- Small B&B also available (no meals & laundry incl.) if you require more privacy
- Onsite orientation upon your arrival to Granada
- Four (4) hours daily of Spanish classes / 40 hours total
- Students groups of 1 up to 3-5 students max.
- Coffee, bottled water & cookies offered during class breaks
- Volunteer Service Program (upon your program´s selection)
- Donation to the Host Organizations
- Popular Culture Activities Program (upon your program´s selection)
- N.E.P. staff onsite at all times
- Free access to internet & skype to contact parents & friends
- Free City Tour in Granada
- Free (2) Cultural Activities with entrance to museums & guide

PAYMENT SCHEDULE (prices are in U.S. dollars)
Upon acceptance to the program, applicants must submit a $200 non-refundable deposit with their signed program application. Deposits are applied to the total placement fee, which is due upon arrival.

CHANGES IN PRICES - PRICE GUARANTEE
Program fees are based on rates in effect at the time prices are published on this web page and are subject to change, without notice, due to possible increases in the cost, devaluation of currencies, or other reasons not under our the control. Prices will be guaranteed if complete payment of all program fees are made by the time you submit your application with published prices on this internet site.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any cancellation or change of dates from the program must be done in writing: info@spanishprogramnicaragua.com
Verbal cancellations or verbal change of dates will not be honored. The receipt of your e-mail will be the effective determining date for all cancellations and change of dates in your program. Students agree to accept the terms of the Refund Policy as outlined and specified in this website. If participant withdraws from the program for any reason, prior to arrival to Nicaragua, the $200.00 deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be made under any circumstances or any reason, including health or job problems, for program fees, unused accommodations, meals, land transportation, hotels or other activities, once the trip has begun. No reduction or refunds will be made for services not used by the student and substitutions will not be allowed for services not used. Services cannot be transferred to another person. We require you the purchase a Travel and Medical Insurance, and consider a Trip Cancellation Insurance as well. Ask to your Insurance Agent. You might contact www.grupoias.com
